Choosing the right keywords is KEY! But as a new website owner or even an experienced one, you should be looking for phrases, not individual words. DID YOU HEAR ME? Phrases are less competitive, which means that there are many fewer websites in your niche market using the same phrase. So your keywords must pass these four tests:
- Must be phrases 3 or four words, not single words
- The phrases must describe the products or services or your specific niche
- Your keywords must center around solutions your product or service provides
When you find the best possible keyword phrases, they will do all of the above, and thus they will increase website traffic through Google, MSN (Bing), and Yahoo….
